We let you radically scale engaging live group learning that is otherwise impossible to make broadly accessible.
On Sparkwise, participants connect and learn together in small groups. They tackle dynamic activities in real time, such as simulated problem solving, group discussions, solo work followed by group debrief, self-reflections, and more. Our platform guides each group with structured steps, easy-to-follow instructions, and smart prompting.
The value of Sparkwise extends beyond just the learning: participants build a sense of community among each other.
You can schedule any Sparkwise module anytime (you can pick from our catalog, or build custom modules).
We take care of all the admin hassle, including onboarding emails and calendar invites with participant instructions.
When the scheduled time comes, the participants join our platform on their computer, get matched into small groups of 2-5 people, and dive into the learning together. Each session typically lasts 1 hour.
The learning doesn't stop after the session. Participants make a plan to apply what they learned, and we reinforce their learning with spaced follow-ups. We also give the managers impact dashboards and coaching tips. Finally, participants gain access to summary content for completed sessions.
Everyone completes sessions in groups of 2-5 participants. We keep the group small so that everyone can actively contribute.
There is no limit to the number of participants you can invite to a session.
If there are >5 invitees for a session, you can either assign groups yourself or let our platform dynamically match people into optimal groups as they join the session.
We recommend diverse groups with people from different teams/backgrounds—while keeping the seniority level similar to support an open, collaborative dynamic.

The simplest way to start is by picking a few relevant topics and a recurring time slot. For example, "every first Wednesday of the month at 1pm is Sparkwise time." Then you can let everything run on autopilot (including onboarding, sending invites, managing rescheduling, doing follow-ups, etc.).
