I believe AI will be the greatest amplifier of human potential. But only if we invest in the humans.

I experienced life-changing development firsthand at McKinsey: collaborative problem solving at the heart of everything. It rewired how I think, communicate, and lead. As an immigrant who went from outsider in Corporate America to confident in any room, I know what's possible.

But real people transformation has always been prohibitively expensive to scale. So I founded Sparkwise to change that. The "McKinsey magic" made accessible to everyone.

AI is inevitable. A future where humans thrive alongside it isn't. That's what we're building.

Twenty years ago, when I was a PhD student in an AI and learning research lab, I was surprised to discover that my most transformative learning experiences happened around the table, through discussions with the other students in the lab. Peer learning then played a central role in my dissertation research, and since then, the notion of learning from and with others has informed the design of every learning platform that I've helped create, including Minerva’s Forum.

At Sparkwise, we started by designing a virtual learning experience built on human connection, and we then engineered platform and program management tools that allow us to scale up this experience to work for organizations of all sizes. I'm thrilled that we’re now able to offer such a collaborative, human-centered experience to support teams as they continue to learn and prepare for the future.

As a former talent leader at McKinsey, I coached hundreds of consultants as they grew into sharper thinkers, stronger collaborators, and more effective leaders. What drove me then — and still drives me now — is unlocking that kind of transformation at scale.

At Sparkwise, I’m on a mission to bring the best of McKinsey consulting to everyone. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful real-time problem-solving can be when teams are supported with the right structure, mindset, and coaching. But I’ve also seen how limited access to that kind of development can be — especially beyond the world of elite firms.
