Most of our customers use our subscription tier. We help you create a sequence of critical skills, which then run at a set time. For example, “every first Wednesday of the month at 1pm is Sparkwise time.” This way, everything runs on autopilot (including onboarding, sending invites, managing rescheduling, doing follow-ups, etc.).
With that said, we are exceptionally flexible and can accommodate different needs. If you want to create shorter “bootcamps,” we help you do so. For example, one nonprofit has built an onboarding bootcamp for every new hire, while a Series B startup has built a manager bootcamp for every newly-promoted manager.
