As a leader, you can pick any training topic from our library and schedule it for your team anytime.
The learners get a calendar invite with a link to access the training session.
When the scheduled time comes, the learners use their computer to join a virtual learning environment, where they are matched into small groups of 2-4 participants.
The training doesn’t stop after the session. Participants make a plan to apply what they learned, and we reinforce their insights regularly. We also give the managers training takeaways and coaching tips. Finally, participants have ongoing access to summary content from past sessions.
Every immersion is done in groups of 2-4 participants, with the ideal size being 3-4. We keep the group small so that everyone actively contributes.
This scales to cohorts of any size: if there are more than 4 people, you simply run more sessions concurrently.

Our training is suited for working professionals across levels — ranging from new graduates to rising executives.
Most of our customers use our subscription tier. We help you create a sequence of critical skills, which then run at a set time. For example, “every first Wednesday of the month at 1pm is Sparkwise time.” This way, everything runs on autopilot (including onboarding, sending invites, managing rescheduling, doing follow-ups, etc.).
With that said, we are exceptionally flexible and can accommodate different needs. If you want to create shorter “bootcamps,” we help you do so. For example, one nonprofit has built an onboarding bootcamp for every new hire, while a Series B startup has built a manager bootcamp for every newly-promoted manager.
