What differentiates Sparkwise from other learning solutions?
We let you radically scale engaging live group learning that is otherwise impossible to make broadly accessible.
On Sparkwise, participants connect and learn together in small groups. They tackle dynamic activities in real time, such as simulated problem solving, group discussions, solo work followed by group debrief, self-reflections, and more. Our platform guides each group with structured steps, easy-to-follow instructions, and smart prompting.
The value of Sparkwise extends beyond just the learning: participants build a sense of community among each other.
How does it work logistically?
You can schedule any Sparkwise module anytime (you can pick from our library, or build custom modules).
We take care of all the admin hassle, including onboarding emails and calendar invites with participant instructions.
When the scheduled time comes, the participants join our platform on their computer, get matched into small groups of 2-5 people, and dive into the learning together. Each session typically lasts 1 hour.
The learning doesn't stop after the session. Participants make a plan to apply what they learned, and we reinforce their learning with spaced follow-ups. We also give the managers impact dashboards and coaching tips. Finally, participants gain access to summary content for completed sessions.
What is the ideal group composition?
Everyone completes sessions in groups of 2-5 participants. We keep the group small so that everyone can actively contribute.
There is no limit to the number of participants you can invite to a session.
If there are >5 invitees for a session, you can either assign groups yourself or let our platform dynamically match people into optimal groups as they join the session.
We recommend diverse groups with people from different teams/backgrounds—while keeping the seniority level similar to support an open, collaborative dynamic.

What is my role as the leader overseeing the use of Sparkwise?
You're the visionary who's bringing a new learning program to life. We're your thought partner and delivery support.
You can lean on us as much or as little as you want.
First, we can help design the right program for your target learners (topic selection, invitees, timing).
Second, we can help kick off the program—sending out comms, setting expectations, getting people excited.
Third, our platform can take care of the learning delivery end to end. Beyond powering the actual live sessions themselves, our system can handle all calendar invite and communications leading up to and after the session.
Note: Sparkwise sessions do not require expert facilitation from you or other leaders. That's the magic of Sparkwise that makes live learning so scalable. But of course, you're welcome to enroll yourself as a participant!
What types of learners is your solution designed for?
Our platform is suited for working professionals across levels — ranging from interns to new grads to rising executives.
What is the best way to use Sparkwise for my organization?
Most leaders work with us to create and launch structured learning programs for specific target learners (e.g., their own team, new hires, new managers).
The simplest way to start is by picking a few relevant topics and a recurring time slot. For example, "every first Wednesday of the month at 1pm is Sparkwise time." Then you can let everything run on autopilot (including onboarding, sending invites, managing rescheduling, doing follow-ups, etc.).
With that said, we are flexible and can accommodate different needs. If you want to create shorter "bootcamps," we help you do so. You can also integrate Sparkwise into your existing L&D initiatives (new hire/manager bootcamps, etc.) to add more interactivity to your programs.
Can I use the Sparkwise platform to scale our own client offerings?
Yes! We work with top learning/training providers, book authors, and other experts to power their own client offering.
Think of us as a flexible technology partner you can work with to scale different parts of your client-facing offering.
You can choose to reimagine specific parts of your client-facing programs onto our platform (e.g., peer-to-peer learning elements). Or you can choose to rebuild your full offering on our platform to make it radically scalable.
