In April, we improved how admins track upcoming session participation, and made the session-joining experience faster and more seamless for participants. Here are the details:
⚙️ For client admins
Client admins with access to Analytics will now find a new Future Sessions tab. This provides a unified view into all upcoming and scheduled session participation, with full support for sorting, filtering, searching, and exporting. Exported data can be loaded into other tools for further analysis, making it easier than ever to plan ahead and stay on top of participation at scale.
We've also expanded bulk-add capabilities for multi-timeslot session clusters. Client admins and cohort admins can now bulk-add participants via email address, saving time when managing large groups across complex scheduling configurations.
Additionally, client admins can now access both the Profile and Sessions tabs for individual users, giving admins a more complete view of each participant in one place.
✨ For session participants
We've made several improvements to the session-joining experience this month. Participants will notice improved performance and responsiveness on the Join Video modal, as well as a faster overall time to join video so you can get into your session quickly and with less friction.
Participants who visit their dashboard immediately after being added to a new session will now see a Retry option if resources aren't quite ready yet, rather than hitting a dead end.
We've also made microphone, audio speaker, and video camera selections persistent across sessions. Your device preferences will now be remembered from one session to the next, so you no longer need to reconfigure your setup each time.
