In February, we focused on making life easier for client admins with a set of workflow improvements — from clearer attendance tracking to new tools for managing participants and previewing communications. On the participant side, AI-powered steps now save progress automatically, and collaborative document steps are noticeably faster. Here are the details:
For client admins
Client admins will now see an enhanced set of tools for selecting multiple participants for a session, making it faster and easier to manage session rosters — especially for larger groups.
We've also improved how attendance data is presented. Attendees and absent users now appear in separate tables rather than a single combined view, giving admins a clearer picture of participation at a glance.
For admins with access to communication customizations, you can now generate a preview of calendar invites before they're sent. This makes it easy to review the participant experience and confirm that your messaging looks the way you want it to.
On the integrations front, client admins that embed self-registration flows in LMS/LXP systems now have additional customization options, including the ability to show or hide the embedded button that provides access to Sparkwise live support.
Finally, we've released Sparkwise Account API v1.0.5 with continued improvements for organizations that integrate custom systems with Sparkwise programmatically.
For session participants
Participants using modules with AI chatbot steps will find that their in-progress AI prompts are now automatically saved when navigating away from a chatbot step and returning to it. No more lost work if you need to revisit a previous step mid-conversation.
For participants who arrive significantly later than the scheduled start time for a dynamic grouping session, we've added new messaging to provide clearer guidance on what to expect and how to proceed.
We've also made significant speed improvements on steps that compare participant document editors, so collaborative review steps feel faster and more responsive — particularly in sessions with larger groups.
That's the update for this month!
