To close out the year, we've focused on making Sparkwise more powerful for organizations running large-scale programs and smoother for everyday participants. Client admins get expanded Insights capabilities and new self-enrollment options, while participants benefit from faster AI interactions and thoughtful UX improvements. Here are the details:
For client admins
We've significantly expanded the capacity of Sparkwise Insights reports. Organizations using our AI-powered Insights tools can now generate reports that include up to 5x more session data than before, making it easier to analyze trends and takeaways across larger programs.
For organizations looking to streamline onboarding, we've introduced Registered domain self-enrollment. When enabled, individuals with an email address matching one of your organization's registered domains can complete the self-registration flow on their own—even if they don't yet have a Sparkwise account. A user account is automatically created for them in the process, reducing manual setup for your team.
We've also added several new session management capabilities:
- Move unmatched participants to a new timeslot
- Delete future sessions as needed
- Request that "live onboarding" sessions use a URL associated with your organization's preferred video-conferencing tool
Finally, you'll find a more self-explanatory button to access live tech support when you need it.
For session participants
Participants using modules with AI will notice a significant improvement in response times from the AI assistant, particularly during longer conversations.
We've also enhanced how individual work is shared during group sessions. In steps that display each participant's work, content will now remain hidden until that participant navigates to (or beyond) the comparison step. This ensures everyone has time to complete their own thinking before seeing what others have written.
On the convenience front, your background blur preference will now be remembered and automatically applied for future sessions.
For everyone
To improve compatibility with organizations that use Microsoft Outlook, we're updating how Sparkwise session calendar invites are sent. Moving forward, new calendar event invites will be sent from scheduling@sparkwise.co.
That's the final update for 2025!
