BPM, a leading US-based accounting firm, faced a critical challenge: how to influence 600+ leaders to show up differently in their roles?

Traditional keynotes could provide vision and inspiration, but BPM wanted a way to translate that inspiration into meaningful behavior change across all leaders. They needed to create space for deep reflection, open conversations, and practical application at scale.

BPM partnered with Sparkwise to embed a custom small-group workshop directly into their multi-day Level UP Leadership Summit. Sparkwise sessions enabled everyone to collaborate with peers, practice concepts on real scenarios, and gain memorable aha's.

This was a very interactive session and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I think learning should be in a format like this as the content and learning experiences stick better. It is practical and relevant to day-to-day work with team members.
