Many people are excited when they see the Sparkwise platform demo, catalog, and impact but still struggle to visualize what an initial Sparkwise program would look like in practice within their organization.

We often use our first conversations with prospective clients to design and refine a first program. While these calls are quite effective at bringing into focus what a Sparkwise program would look like, not everyone is eager to schedule a call with us right away.

Personally, I understand that. As a technology buyer, I typically won’t schedule a call until I’ve done my homework and am fairly confident that it’s the right fit. Until then, I stick to research that I can do on my own.

I’m happy to share that starting today, we have a new tool for people like me: Today, we’re doing a beta release of the Sparkwise Program Builder. This tool helps to close the gap between what you can find on our website and what we offer today during consultative conversations by shifting focus from modules to programs.  

The Program Builder helps you design an 8-session Sparkwise program tailored to your organization's needs. In less than five minutes, our AI-powered conversational tool asks you a few key questions about your organizational context, the participants that you have in mind, and your learning goals. Using this information, we generate a draft of a first program, including an interactive program map that highlights themes and shares the relevance and impact of each included module based on what you shared.

We recognize that once you see this draft program, you may have questions, changes, and perhaps some new ideas. You’re welcome to test out multiple programs or variations yourself, share these with others in your organization, and, if and when you’re feeling ready, you can put time on our calendar to discuss your draft plan with our team and we can help you refine it and get it scheduled.
