Product Updates: June 2025
In June, we introduced powerful new scheduling flexibility with multi-timeslot sessions, and gave client admins an enhanced set of cohort management tools. Participants can now easily switch between available timeslots options. Here are the details:
⚙️ For client admins
Client admins can now offer multiple timeslot options for any given session, to accommodate large groups with complex scheduling constraints. Admins get a dedicated set of new tools to make large session scheduling easy and fast. This includes:
- The ability to assign participants to timeslots based on their timezone
- Bulk-add participants to timeslots options
- Drag-and-drop participants between timeslot options
We've also enhanced cohort management capabilities. Client admins can now access cohort-specific views of the admin tool, providing a focused view on just the participants and sessions relevant to their specific cohorts. This is particularly valuable for admins managing one or more cohorts within a larger organization.
Additionally, certain client admins can now be granted the ability to manage "starred cohort" functionality for other admins in their organization, enabling better delegation and management of cohort-based programs.
✨ For session participants
Individual participants invited to sessions with multiple timeslot options now have the flexibility to switch to a different time that works better for them. Through an enhanced rescheduling flow, participants can easily view all available timeslots and select the one that best fits their schedule and timezone preferences.
We've also improved the mute experience during sessions. Participants now receive a helpful prompt if they make noise while muted, with enhanced criteria for determining when to display this notification.
