In October, we finished rolling out a brand new video platform to all Sparkwise clients, which now features a phone dial-in option. Client admin onboarding has been streamlined. And we rolled out a beta release of Program Builder AI, a brand new tool that helps prospective clients see what a Sparkwise program might look like for their organization. Here are the details:
✨ For session participants
We gradually ramped up the migration to the new platform over the past few weeks. By the end of October, 100% of new and existing sessions now default to the new platform.
In October, we enhanced the new video platform in two notable ways:
- We added a phone dial-in option for situations where a participant cannot connect to the browser-based AV system. Phone numbers are provided in the US and UK.
- Sessions running on the new video platform can enable background blur before joining their group session.
Finally, we polished the participant user experience for steps that include AI chatbots. Participants on chatbot steps will see a loading animation on screen while messages are loading, to avoid any confusion resulting from any momentary delays.
⚙️ For client admins
The onboarding steps for new client admins is now simpler, as the ordering of specific onboarding steps is now flexible. Specifically, client admin privileges can now be granted prior to first logging into the platform, and these grants cover all availablelogin methods.
Client admins who are interested in configuring single sign on with Okta can reach out and we can share instructions for configuring SSO via OIDC.
Both prospective and current clients are welcome to try out our new Program Builder tool to generate custom learning programs, which is available as a beta release. Simply answer a couple of questions about your organizational needs, and the Program Builder will generate a cohort-based skill development program tailored for your target learners. Coming soon
Next month, we'll be working on enhancing cohort-based tools for client admins, including the ability to customize communications at the cohort level. We will also be experimenting with how we measure and communicate impact.
That's the update for this month!
