Product Updates: October 2025
This month, we've given client admins powerful new tools for customizing communications at the cohort level, while expanding global accessibility with additional phone dial-in options. Participants will notice a fresh visual design update across modules, and we've added helpful new data fields to analytics. Here are the details:
For client admins
Client admins who manage multiple cohorts now have the option to customize communications settings for specific cohorts, overriding any organization-wide settings. This enables a wide range of communication customizations, including:
- Enabling or disabling each type of email and calendar invite
- Customizing portions of the messaging in email and calendar invites
- Setting a different base timezone
- Choosing rescheduling options
This feature is particularly valuable for organizations running multiple programs with different communication needs. Client admins can use the organization-wide settings for some cohorts, while overriding settings for specific cohorts that would benefit from customization. Contact us if you're interested to configure this for your organization.
In the Full History tab of the Analytics section, you'll now find a few additional fields providing extra participant timestamps and session cohort information, giving you even more granular data for tracking and analysis.
For session participants
We're rolling out a fresh visual design across our full module library over the next few weeks. You'll notice updated styling that makes the experience even more engaging and polished.
Participants now have the option to dial in by phone to connect to a session's conversation from four different countries. This month, we added a toll-free number in Australia, expanding our global accessibility alongside existing options in other regions. This gives participants more flexibility in how they join sessions, especially when video connectivity may be limited.
We've also enhanced the in-session experience with more detailed instructions now appearing in the left sidebar on some steps. This allows us to simplify the main activity portion of the step, making it easier to focus on what matters most while keeping helpful guidance readily available.
Looking forward
Platform scalability work continues with enterprise client needs in mind. We are also starting work on more integration options with client LMS/LXP systems.
